Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the QuickReply AI service provided by QUICKREPLY AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

QuickReply AI provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that answers inbound calls, qualifies callers, captures intake information, and delivers structured summaries by SMS and email. The service is intended for use by law firms and other professional services businesses in the United States.

3. Subscription and Trial

QuickReply AI is offered as a monthly subscription at $1,997 per month. New customers may begin with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged $1,997 each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us at the email below.

4. Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the recurring subscription fee on the renewal date each month. All charges are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or defraud callers, to violate telephone consumer protection laws, or to transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state call recording laws, and bar association rules of professional conduct.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

QuickReply AI sends SMS confirmation and lead follow-up messages on behalf of our customer firms. By providing verbal consent during a call with our AI receptionist, callers agree to receive a transactional SMS from QuickReply AI confirming receipt of their inquiry.

Consent: SMS is opt-in only. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service. Verbal consent is captured in the call recording and stored alongside the call transcript.

Message frequency: Transactional. Typically one SMS per qualifying inbound call. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring SMS messages.

Carrier rates: Message and data rates may apply. QuickReply AI is not responsible for fees imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Confirmation of opt-out will be sent once. No further messages will be sent to that number from QuickReply AI.

Help: Reply HELP to any message to receive support contact information.

Supported carriers:AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Call Recording and Data

Our service records and transcribes phone calls. You are responsible for providing the appropriate disclosures to callers as required by the laws of your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the caller. You grant us a license to process call audio, transcripts, and intake data solely to provide and improve the service.

8. Confidentiality

We understand that calls to law firms may contain confidential or privileged information. We treat all call data as confidential and do not share it with third parties except as required to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI will correctly handle every call. QuickReply AI is not a substitute for a licensed attorney and does not provide legal advice to callers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms us or other customers. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the service. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
