QUICKREPLY AI LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our service, you agree to this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: Name, email, phone number, business name, business address, and payment method (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details).
- Call data: Audio recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, and intake information from calls handled by our AI receptionist on your behalf.
- Usage information: Login times, features used, calls processed, and other service interactions.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for service operation and analytics.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, process payments, send service-related communications, improve the AI's performance, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and respond to your support requests.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the service, including Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for telephony, and AI infrastructure providers, all under confidentiality agreements.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5. Call Recording
Our service records and transcribes inbound calls to your firm. You, as our customer, are responsible for providing legally required disclosures to callers in your jurisdiction. We store call recordings and transcripts to provide and improve the service.
6. SMS / Text Message Communications
QuickReply AI uses Twilio to deliver SMS confirmations and lead follow-up messages on behalf of our customer firms. When a caller to a firm's number provides verbal consent during their call with our AI receptionist, the caller's phone number may receive a single transactional SMS confirming the firm has received their inquiry.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected through SMS interactions, including phone numbers and any text-message content, is used only to provide this service. All other information sharing follows the categories described in Section 4.
Message frequency: Transactional only. Typically one SMS per qualifying call. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring SMS messages.
Carrier rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help: Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP to receive support information. For complete SMS terms, see Section 6 of our Terms of Service.
7. Data Retention
We retain account information while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration of your subscription unless you request earlier deletion. Upon account closure, we will delete or anonymize data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
9. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation. 10. International Users
Our service is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.
11. Children
Our service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
